  1. Shipping Rates & Cost
    To give you the best possible value, Prime Choice is proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders sitewide. There are absolutely no minimum order thresholds, hidden handling fees, or surprises at checkout.
    The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

  2. Delivery Timeline Goals
    Our core goal is to deliver your items safely and efficiently. We work closely with our fulfillment network to achieve the following target timelines:

Courier & Courier Handling Policy:
While our absolute goal is to have your items delivered within 5 to 10 working days, please be aware that exact delivery dates are estimates and are never completely guaranteed. Actual transit times may occasionally take longer due to courier handling performance, customs procedures, routing delays, severe weather conditions, or high-volume peak periods (such as holidays). Prime Choice cannot be held legally liable for delays solely caused by third-party delivery carriers, but we promise to advocate on
your behalf to resolve any issues quickly.

3.Order Processing Time
Before an item ships out, it must go through our standard processing and quality assurance inspection window. Most orders are prepared and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 3 business days from

the moment payment is verified. Orders placed late on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.


4. Real-Time Tracking & Shipment Notification
We know how important it is to keep track of your purchases. Eleven Mart provides complete end-to-end tracking visibility for every single order: 

As soon as your package is dispatched from our fulfillment facility, a shipment confirmation email or SMS will be automatically triggered and sent to you.
This communication will include your unique tracking number and a direct tracking link to check the courier's live portal.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours from receiving your tracking number for the carrier network to scan the package and update the initial tracking status online.


5. Address Modifications & Order Inaccuracies
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate and complete. Because we aim to process and ship orders out as quickly as possible, we have a very small window to make changes. If you spot a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been picked up by the courier, we are unable to intercept, modify, or reroute the package.
