Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Returns may take up to 10 business days to process, and refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in saleable condition.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Items returned in an unsaleable condition may not qualify for a refund.
